Building on the insights gained from the Working Genius Team Workshop, Team Dynamics offers Follow-Up and Consultation Services to ensure the Working Genius model remains an integral part of your team’s culture and operations. These services range from customized ongoing training and resources to administering the assessment and explaining the model to new team members.
Ongoing Leadership Coaching - These 30-45 minute sessions are available to the team leader or the leadership team to monitor progress, discuss challenges and successes, and provide resources to further integrate Working Genius into your team meetings, hiring process and overall team culture.
Follow-up Team Sessions - These 30-60 minute team sessions offer team members the opportunity to further explore the Working Genius model with additional resources and team activities, and to identify ways of further integrating the model into their team’s work. Sessions will be tailored to specific projects, challenges, or needs identified by the team to ensure maximum benefit.
New Team Member Integration - As new members join your team, Team Dynamics will administer the Working Genius assessment, conduct a 60 minute introduction of the model to new team members and adjust the team map(s) for the team leader. A brief summary of the new team map findings will also be provided to the team leader.
